The Federal Magistrates Court is based in the same premises as the other Federal Courts.
Its primary locations are Melbourne, Dandenong, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Cairns, Canberra, Darwin, Launceston, Hobart, Newcastle, Parramatta, Perth and Townsville.
In addition, the court conducts regular circuits (sittings) in other regional and metropolitan locations.
