NSW Tribunals and Commissions
Tribunals are specialised places dealing with important aspects of law, and disputes that arise such as: administrative decisions, issues regarding consumers, issues regarding the protection of people living with disabilities and many other important issues.
Generally speaking Tribunals can be cheaper and quicker and in certain situations they are the first body to appear in. Their decisions are binding, but they are open to an appeals process.
Quinn Lawyers have had extensive experience representing people throughout the New South Wales Tribunal system in many different areas of the law. Our services in a Tribunal matter would include: preparing and submitting an application to the Tribunal or Commission, extensive preparation for your case, appearing at the Tribunal or Commission on your behalf, de-briefing with you after the hearing and other important steps.
