Transport Appeal Board

 

What does the Board do?

 

The Board in an independent body empowered to hear and determine appeals by employees of NSW Public Sector Transport Authorities with regards to dismissal or discipline.

 

The board can also determine appeals against decisions regarding promotions to vacant positions; the board decides which employee is most entitled to the promotion.

 

 

Who can appear at the Board ?

 

Most employees of RailCorp, State Transit Authority and Sydney Ferries.

 

 

Board's Location

 

The Commission only has one location which is in Sydney on Level 2, 1 Oxford Street, Darlinghurst.
